Childbirth Preparation: Integrated Methods
This is a four-session class (July 7, 14, 21 and 28) that provides an overview of the stages and process of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, support, medication options, variations in labor including cesarean birth and immediate postpartum care for mother and baby.
