Multiple Myeloma

  • An international, multi-center and randomized study of the treatments, Velcade (PS-341) versus high-dose Dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. (CC# 022630: M34101-39)

  • An international study of the treatment, Velcade (PS-341) in patients with multiple myeloma who experienced a relapse or progression of their condition after having received at least four previous treatment regimens. This trial also is open to patients whose disease progressed after receiving Dexamethasone in the Millennium Protocol, M34101-039.

  • A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of CC-5013 plus Dexamethasone versus Dexamethasone alone in multiple myeloma patients who have received previous treatments. (CC# 03261: CC-5013-MM-009)

  • A phase I/II study of excellerated T cells in patients with multiple myeloma who have undergone an autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. (CC# 02268: XT003)

  • A study of the drug, Dexamethasone with or without the drug, Genasense for patients with relapse or refractory multiple myeloma. (CC# 01261)

  • A study of an autologous transplant followed by a non-myeloablative allogeneic transplant for patients with multiple myeloma. (CALGB 100001)
