You can make an appointment to see our acupuncturist directly, with or without referral from your medical doctor. If you are uncertain about whether acupuncture may be right for you, consider scheduling a doctor consultation.

Please call the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at (415) 353-7720 or use our online form to request an appointment. If you have already scheduled an appointment with us, please print out our intake forms and either bring them with you to your appointment or send them to us beforehand by fax or mail.
