The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine offers a variety of group programs, which facilitate healing in a group setting. In these groups, a healing synergy can take place, as participants learn from each other, as well as the instructor.

Many people find comfort in working on health related issues with others that may be dealing with the same situation. Many therapies, such as meditation, yoga and tai chi are particularly effective when provided in a structured group program format.
