Patients with inflammatory bowel disease receive specialized treatment at our Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center.
Our specialists strive to provide patients with thoughtful, compassionate and timely care as well as the most advanced procedures such as photodynamic therapy and those involving endoscopic techniques.
The endoscopic procedures we perform include endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), upper GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, enteroscopy, esophageal stenting and endoscopic therapies as well as endoscopic ultrasound. In many cases, these techniques provide improved options for the treatment and diagnosis of digestive disorders affecting the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
Many of our specialists are involved in research to better understand digestive disorders, such as Crohn's disease and colitis, and to develop new therapies. Our patients benefit from having access to these research projects.
We also provide excellent care for children who have digestive and nutritional disorders.
