In addition to clinical trials, our doctors also engage in basic scientific research in areas such as inflammatory bowel disease and gastrointestinal oncology. Our hope is that the results of such research will eventually be incorporated into clinical practice and improve the care of patients with a variety of gastrointestinal diseases, including cholangiocarcinoma.
