Signs and Symptoms

If you have a peptic ulcer, you may only experience very mild symptoms or none at all. However, abdominal discomfort is the most common symptom associated with ulcers. Other symptoms include:

• Weight loss
• Poor appetite
• Bloating
• Burping
• Nausea
• Vomiting
