Lung transplants are the most advanced treatment for patients with severe lung diseases such as emphysema, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension. Patients, under the expert care of our lung transplant specialists, have an average one-year survival rate of 90 percent, compared to a national rate of 82 percent.
