Appointments

To make an appointment, please call the pulmonary hypertension clinic at (415) 353-2873. Some insurance companies and health maintenance organizations (HMOs) won't cover the cost of the appointment unless you obtain a referral from your primary care doctor. However, a referral isn't required to make an appointment.

Please bring your medical records including echocardiogram tapes (if available), and other diagnostic studies with you to your first appointment.
