Appointments

To request an appointment at the Epilepsy Center, you will need a written referral from your primary care doctor. After you obtain the referral, please call (415) 353-2437 to schedule an appointment. You may be asked to provide a copy of your medical records and any diagnostic tests already completed.

During your appointment, our staff will ask you about your medical history, as well as your immediate family's medical history. We will ask many questions about your seizures. If you have lost consciousness during your seizures, please bring a family member or friend to your evaluation who might help describe what happened during your seizures.
