Home Health Care

UCSF Home Health Care provides you with care in your home and teaches you and your family how you can become as independent as possible in caring for yourself.

Our services include nursing care and rehabilitative therapy for acute and chronic illnesses, post-operative care, home infusion therapy, wound care, pain management, care during and after pregnancy, newborn care and care for children.

We are one of the largest nonprofit providers of home health services in San Francisco. Our staff reflects the ethnic diversity of our patient population and includes bilingual staff and translators to meet your needs.

The Home Health Care team includes:

• Occupational therapists
• Speech and language pathologists
• Medical social workers
• Certified home health aides
• Registered dietitians

UCSF Home Health Care is certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, licensed by the State of California, and accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
