The UCSF Parkinson's Patients Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. at Christ Church Lutheran at 1090 Quintara St., San Francisco, at the corner of 19th Avenue. Please call the UCSF Parkinson's Disease Clinic and Research Center at (415) 476-9276 for information about the next meeting date and speaker.

UCSF also can help you find a support group located close to your home.

The Parkinson's Disease Clinic and Research Center at UCSF Medical Center is located at 505 Parnassus Ave., San Francisco. In addition to its monthly support group meeting, the center provides an Internet-based chat group as part of its research on patient support. Currently, the Internet group isn't accepting new members.
