
Pulmonary and critical care fellow
Dr. Antonio Gomez is an assistant clinical professor in the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine specializing in the care of patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD). He completed his fellowship training at UCSF in 2009.
In addition to treating patients, Gomez helps conduct research focusing on the diagnosis, management and treatment of granulomatous lung diseases such as sarcoidosis.He is active in the Sarcoidosis Research Program at UCSF
Gomez received his medical degree from the University of California, Davis and completed his residency and chief residency in internal medicine at UCSF.
