Beth Chiarelli is a social worker at the UCSF Women's HIV Program where she provides counseling and support to HIV-positive women. She also has experience working with HIV-positive homeless and disadvantaged patients. In addition to counseling patients, Chiarelli is interested in housing from a public health perspective and believes housing can improve patient health outcomes.
Chiarelli completed an undergraduate degree in social work at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N.J., and earned a master's of social work at San Francisco State University where she formed the Alumni Association for the School of Social Work.
