

Cancer and integrative medicine specialist
Dr. Anand Dhruva is a cancer specialist at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion. He provides integrative medicine consultations for cancer patients with specialized knowledge in both standard and non-traditional approaches to treatments and supportive care. Dhruva maintains goals in his practice of integrating safe and effective complementary healing approaches into standard cancer care and survivorship. His practice is open to adults living with or beyond a diagnosis of cancer.
He completed training in internal medicine at Emory University in Atlanta and completed a hematology and medical oncology fellowship at UCSF. He is on the Hematology-Oncology faculty at UCSF based at San Francisco General Hospital, and is a graduate of Andrew Weil's distant-learning fellowship Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
