LASIK Eye Surgery — Free Seminar

The UCSF Laser Vision Center offers discounts to UCSF employees for vision correction surgery. All UCSF employees are eligible for a $500 discount per eye on services such as LASIK, Custom Wavefront, IntraLase and Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK). Rates vary, depending on the doctor performing the surgery and the type of procedure. Don't forget that you can use your pretax dollars on LASIK through your Flexible Spending Account.
