Pediatric dermatologists at UCSF Children's Hospital provide routine and specialized care for infants, children and adolescents with a variety of skin disorders. These include inherited skin conditions, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, disorders of keratinization (ichthyosis), ectodermal dysplasias, hemangiomas and vascular malformations and congenital or dysplastic melanocytic nevi. Laser therapy for vascular and pigmented birthmarks is available.
