Children need a referral from a doctor to be seen at the Weight Assessment for Teen and Child Health (WATCH) Clinic.

Talk with your child's primary care doctor to find out if our clinic is a good option. If it is, your child's doctor can refer him or her to the WATCH Clinic by faxing a referral to (415) 476-8214.

Then, call (415) 353-2813 to schedule an appointment. Currently there is a three to five month wait for an appointment, but the clinic is working to see as many patients as possible.
