At the UCSF Carol Franc Buck Breast Care Center, our focus is on screening for early breast cancer detection, more effective and less toxic therapies, patient education, and research that explores the causes, biology and behavior of the condition for future prevention and treatment strategies.
The Breast Care Center works to heal the whole person, both your physical and emotional being. We provide patient services such as individual counseling as well as support groups.
See our Online Peer Support service for breast cancer patients.
