Daniel Pound, M.D.

Dr. Daniel Pound is a primary care doctor at the Lakeside Senior Medical Center, a clinic of UCSF Medical Center. He is board certified in family practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. His expertise is in senior care, particularly preventive medicine and osteoporosis. He also has a special interest in understanding and teaching how to care for patients in the final years of life.

Pound graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Alabama, Huntsville Hospital.
