Erin Ayash

Genetic counselor

Erin Ayash is a genetic counselor in the Prenatal Diagnostic Center, as well as research coordinator for The Infant Development and Environment Study. She earned her bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her master's degree in genetic counseling from the University of California, Irvine. She is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and licensed by the state of California. In addition to working with patients in the Prenatal Diagnostic Center, Ayash coordinates research focusing on environmental factors leading to birth defects.
