Obstetrician and gynecologist
Dr. Erin Dainty, an obstetrician and gynecologist, has a special interest in reproductive health and global women's health. As part of a global health fellowship, she provided gynecological care to women in Kenya and participated in several research projects investigating cervical cancer screening in HIV positive Kenyan women. Dainty believes that quality obstetrical and gynecological care is critical to the health of women and girls internationally.
Dainty earned a medical degree from the University of Virginia. Subsequently, she completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a Global Health Obstetrics and Gynecology Fellowship and Master of Science in Global Health at Duke University. She is a clinical instructor at UCSF.
