The resident and surgeon were polar opposites - she (resident)explained everything, surgeon barely introduced hime self, said nothing further to me and did not make eye contact once - but he di the job and the resident more than made up for it!

As stated, everyone was super helpful and caring. I was nervous and they put me at ease with how they handled each step.

The medical team was excellent. They seemed very competent and also to care about me as a person. I was very impressed and liked them all.
