Clinical nurse specialist
Jane Rabbitt is a clinical nurse specialist in neuro-oncology who co-manages the care of all brain tumor patients treated at UCSF Medical Center and UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. Rabbitt and her colleague, Margaretta Page, both registered nurses, are recognized nationally for their expertise in caring for children and adults participating in clinical trials. They often are asked to speak to community and professional groups regarding the care of patients with brain tumors. Rabbitt earned her bachelor's degree at Oregon Health Sciences University and joined UCSF in 1984.
