Family medicine specialist
Dr. Jo Marie Munnich is a family medicine specialist at the UCSF Women's Health Center. Her interests include preventive care, women's health, stress reduction, anxiety and depression management, and chronic disease management. She sees herself as a coordinator helping patients navigate the health care system and make informed decisions.
Before joining UCSF, Munnich was a family medicine specialist in private practice in Albany for 10 years. She is a graduate of UC Irvine College of Medicine and completed a residency at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an associate clinical professor of medicine at UCSF.
