
Orthopedic surgeon
Dr. Landrus L. Pfeffinger is an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in disorders of the foot and ankle. In his research, he has addressed fractures and dislocations, infections and deformities of the foot and ankle.
Pfeffinger earned a medical degree at the University of Health Science/Chicago Medical School. At UCSF, he completed an internship and residency in general surgery and a residency in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and is co-founder of the Bay Area Orthopaedic Surgeon Foot and Ankle Society.
