Physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist
Dr. Lisa U. Pascual is a physiatrist or specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Orthopaedic Institute at UCSF Medical Center. In addition, she is chief of Rehabilitation Services at San Francisco General Hospital.
Pascual earned a medical degree at the University of California, Davis, where she completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She completed a two-year fellowship in the California HealthCare Foundation Leadership Program before joining the medical staff at Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in San Francisco, where in 1996 she was appointed co-chief and in 1999 named chief of Rehabilitation Services. In 2003, she took on a dual appointment as chief of Rehabilitation Services at San Francisco General Hospital and joined the Orthopedic Surgery faculty at UCSF. She is an assistant clinical professor of Orthopedic Surgery.
