Great Expectations Pregnancy Program

The Great Expectations Pregnancy Program for new and expecting moms is offered by the UCSF Women's Health Resource Center.

Classes include:

• Baby care and parenting
• Birth Center orientation (one-session class, no charge)
• Childbirth preparation
• Expecting twins and more
• Infant and child CPR
• Infant massage
• Infant nutrition
• Mindfulness-based childbirth and parenting
• Preconception care

The Women's Health Resource Center also has a lending library with more than 2,000 books and films and offers books and baby care supplies for sale.
