    It too him a little while to understand that my son had special needs and I needed to be the main person to talk to but he learned quickly and was sure to include my son as much as possible as well as making sure I understood.

    An AMAZING doctor who reflects UCSF in the most positive way. He was incredibly patient and attentive explained in easy to understand language AND made sure we understood. His manner put us at great ease with the purpose of our visit (a transplant) and made us feel 100% safe and confident in the care we will receive in the future.
