Richard A. Weisiger, Ph.D., M.D.

Dr. Richard Weisiger, chief of the Gastrointestinal Faculty Practice at UCSF Medical Center, specializes in treating conditions such as heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux GERD), Barrett's esophagus and irritable bowel syndrome.

Weisiger earned a medical degree and doctorate at Duke University and completed a residency at Washington University in St. Louis.
