Executive Medical Assessments Program

The Executive Medical Assessments Program provides busy individuals with a comprehensive medical examination to evaluate your health and health risks. An entire assessment, including tests and an analysis of test results, is completed in just one day.

Executive physical exams are tailored to your age, gender and health requirements. You'll receive specific recommendations for further care, if necessary, and personalized guidelines to maintain and improve health, including:

  • Tips to ensure optimal health
  • Diet, fitness and stress-reduction guidelines tailored to each patient's condition

Program Components

Our comprehensive assessments include a step-by-step program to assess and improve health, beginning with a series of diagnostic tests and evaluations and concluding with a final written report mailed within a few days. The exam includes a review of past medical records and a comprehensive medical history questionnaire completed in advance.

The medical questionnaire is used to develop an assessment, tailored specifically for you. A patient care liaison schedules and coordinates all appointments for your assessment.
