  • Expecting Twins or More — A one-day workshop designed to give expectant parents basic information on raising twins or more. Topics include prenatal care, labor and delivery, feeding issues, and preparing home and family for the arrival of multiples. Taught by a mother of twins.
  • The Afterglow: A Postpartum Support Group for New Mothers — A four-week postpartum support group for new moms with their babies. You will learn about the "baby blues" and the emotional changes that can occur after childbirth, self-care and relaxation techniques. Connect with other new parents and share the highs and lows of motherhood in a supportive space.
  • Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting — A nine-week series for those seeking to begin or deepen the practice of mindfulness for meeting the profound mental and physical changes of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. The course integrates childbirth education with mind/body skills.
  • The Mind in Labor: Working with Pain in Childbirth — A workshop based on mindfulness-based stress reduction. The workshop will examine pain and fear during childbirth and tools to work with them during the birth process. The workshop is an excellent complement to any childbirth education class, including refresher classes.
