Dr Pham is a creative problem solver. She is willing to think outside the box. In my case her curiosity sense of humor and awesome thinking power have helped me tolerate some pretty horrid situations. She always invites collaborations with my PMD my other providers and with me.

I experienced high blood pressure after cortisone injections. I do not recall being advised this Is a possible side effect until after several Injections when my blood pressure shot up unexpectedly. I am glad to know now but I would have appreciated knowing earlier.

DR Pham had not read my record nor the lengthily questionnaire I filled out in advance. She didn't seem to pay attention to the answers I gave to her questions during the visit because she repeated herself several times even tho she had 2(!) transcribers present. She clearly had a standard list of questions and possible remedies that she insisted on going thru regardless of my answers or requests. She was robotic and ignored me as a person.

Clinic asked me to come early as they had some cancellations. Staff seemed in a hurry to get home.
