Internist
Dr. G. Xon Ng is an internist providing primary care at General Internal Medicine at Mount Zion. Ng, who grew up in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, earned a medical degree at the Boston University School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Boston University Medical Center. Ng speaks fluent Malay and some Cantonese.
Prior to joining UCSF Medical Center, he worked at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where he specialized in the management of medical and cancer-related emergencies. He is a health sciences assistant clinical professor of medicine at UCSF.
