Yvonne Cheng, M.D.

Perinatologist

Dr. Yvonne Cheng is a perinatologist, specializing in prenatal diagnosis and reproductive genetics. She cares for patients at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco and at ValleyCare Medical Center in Pleasanton. Her research focuses on gestational diabetes and management of labor or mode of delivery.

She earned a medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Chicago and completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at UCSF. Cheng also has a master's degree in public health from UC Berkeley.
