Augie Optical Dispensary

(415) 502-2066

The UCSF Augie Optical Dispensary is conveniently located inside the Ron Conway Family Gateway Medical Building on our Mission Bay campus. We are a one-stop shop for patients who need eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, protective eyewear or accessories. We carry frames for people of all ages, from infants to adults, with an emphasis on pediatrics, so parents will find a large selection to meet their children's needs.

We welcome self-pay patients as well as those with VSP insurance. Outside prescriptions are welcome.

We now see patients by appointment only (no walk-ins). To view our eyeglasses collection or purchase eyewear, please call (415) 502-2066 and schedule an appointment.

Eye exams are not offered at the Augie Optical Dispensary. To schedule an eye exam, call (415) 353-2800 for an appointment with a UCSF optometrist or ophthalmologist.
