Obstetrics & Gynecology at Serramonte

UCSF Obstetrics & Gynecology Services at Serramonte offers comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical services from UCSF doctors, nurse practitioners and certified nurse-midwives. Our mission is to provide the highest quality specialized care to all women who come to us.

Our services include:

  • Well-woman gynecologic care
  • Consultation and care for gynecologic conditions
  • Family planning, including preconception counseling
  • Care for normal pregnancy and birth
  • Perinatal care for complicated pregnancies, also called maternal-fetal medicine (care for abnormal maternal and fetal conditions)
  • On-site lab for patients

Our Birth Center is state of the art and family oriented. All birthing suites are private and have a bathroom with a spa-style bathtub, a dedicated family area and a media wall for education and entertainment. Patients typically go through labor, deliver their baby and recover in the suite. After recovery, mother and baby move to a private postpartum room with its own bathroom and shower, as well as a dedicated family area with Wi-Fi and a sleeper sofa.
