Giulia Conti, NP

Giulia Conti is a nurse practitioner with the UCSF Pancreas and Kidney Transplant Clinic who provides individualized care managing the complexities of multi-organ transplants. She enjoys providing comprehensive care in newly transplanted and long-term patients to ensure a smooth recovery and optimize the function of their pancreas and kidney grafts. Conti is dedicated to supporting patients through these major changes in their health and developing long-term patient relationships. She also follows her auto-islet transplant patients post-transplant and coordinates care for patients before and after pancreatectomy and auto-islet transplants.

Conti earned her master's degree as a family nurse practitioner from Columbia University School of Nursing, where she was recognized as an Alumni Scholar. She is a member of the California Association for Nurse Practitioners and the International Transplant Nurses Society.
