Gretchen Santos, MSN, NP

Nurse practitioner

Gretchen Santos is a nurse practitioner who cares for patients with breast cancer while they are receiving chemotherapy, hormone therapy or targeted therapy, in which drugs can selectively attack genes or proteins to stop cancer's spread.

Santos earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at the Philippine Women's University, followed by a master's degree in nursing at Holy Names University. She worked as an oncology nurse for 10 years before becoming a nurse practitioner.

In her free time, Santos loves hiking, watching musicals and other movies, cooking and baking, and exploring restaurants.
