Kim Voronin, MSW, LCSW

Social worker

Kimberly Voronin is a clinical social worker at the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she works with patients in radiation oncology and orthopedic oncology.

Voronin earned her master's degree in social work at Arizona State University. She completed a social work fellowship in the pediatric intensive care unit and cardiovascular intensive care units at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. Before joining UCSF, she worked in the emergency department and primary care clinics at Stanford Health Care.

Voronin belongs to the National Association of Social Workers and Association of Oncology Social Work. She is the mental health lead for a team of medical providers that responds to national and international disasters. She also runs an exercise program for people who have Parkinson's disease.
