Laura Weil is a nurse practitioner who specializes in diabetes and acute care during pregnancy.

After earning a bachelor of arts degree at the University of Redlands, Weil earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing at Johns Hopkins University. She earned a master of public health degree in maternal and child health from the University of California, Berkeley. At UCSF, she earned a master's degree in nurse-midwifery and completed her training as a women's health nurse practitioner.
