Molly Freeman

Social worker

Molly Freeman provides emotional support and counseling around her patients' diagnoses and hospitalizations related to kidney, hematology oncology and bone marrow transplants, as well as during transitions to end-of-life care. She advocates on her patients' behalf for concrete services and needs as well as for their emotional needs.

Freeman earned her master's degree in social work at New York University Silver School of Social Work, where she was a Zelda Foster Fellow in Palliative Care and End-of-Life Work. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and Association of Oncology Social Work.
