Molly Freeman is a social worker who provides emotional support and counseling to patients who have blood cancers or are undergoing bone marrow transplants. She works with patients during diagnosis, treatment and hospitalization, as well as during transition to end-of-life care. She advocates on their behalf, providing specific services as well as making sure each patient's emotional needs are met.

Freeman earned her master's degree in social work at the New York University Silver School of Social Work, where she was a fellow in the Zelda Foster Studies Program in Palliative and End-of-Life Care.

Outside of work, Freeman enjoys spending time with her family.
