Nicolas Lee, MD

Orthopedic surgeon

Dr. Nicolas Lee is an assistant clinical professor at the UCSF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and the medical director of Orthopaedic Clinics at San Francisco General Hospital. He sees adult and pediatric patients at San Francisco General Hospital as well as at CPMC St. Luke's. Lee specializes in hand, elbow, shoulder and microvascular surgery as well as treating problem fractures.

Lee received his BS and master's degree in biochemistry from UCLA, where he also received his medical degree. He did his internship in general surgery and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He did a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. His outside interests include golf, basketball, snowboarding and boxing.
