Pregnancy and Cardiac Treatment (PACT) Program

The UCSF Pregnancy and Cardiac Treatment (PACT) Program provides specialized pre-conception and prenatal care for women with heart disease. This includes women with acquired heart conditions, such as cardiomyopathy and arrhythmias, as well as heart birth defects. Our team has specialists in maternal fetal medicine, cardiology, obstetrics anesthesia and social work. Our goal is to help our patients achieve the best possible health and pregnancy outcomes.

The PACT Program was founded in 2008, and has successfully managed more than 200 pregnancies. We see patients the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at the Obstetrics, Gynecology & Perinatal Specialties at Mission Bay - Fourth Street. You must have a referral from a physician to make an appointment with the program.
