Brittany McGinnis Okimura is a pediatric physician assistant who cares for patients receiving plastic or reconstructive surgery. She also has expertise in treating plagiocephaly (a flattened area on the skull) and ear abnormalities.
Okimura earned a bachelor's degree in diagnostic medical sonography from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a master of medical science degree in physician assistant studies from Salus University.
Okimura worked in interventional radiology before joining UCSF. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Physician Assistants, San Francisco Bay Area Physician Assistants and California Academy of PAs.
