About our process
Apr 07, 2022
We never should have been referred for this appointment, because it was a complete waste of comfort with time. And the provider did not seem to be familiar with my son's diagnosis, which is a caramel formation type one, and she seemed to attributed dizziness and headaches, too. It is dizziness to migraines, and his headaches to other things, when they're all caused by his caramel formation. So honestly, the appointment was a waste of time.

It was my first time to experience an emergency room so I didn't expect a long waiting time. It will be helpful if the staffs at the check-in desk can give us a notice about a waiting time.

Please set up a special appointment center for families who live out of the area so we can coordinate our child's appointments. This will decrease the financial hardship placed on families.

In the past years with my daughter's doctor I always admire her and love her when we go to medical appointments with my daughter, I always take the last one on her list to interact with her from my experiences as a mother of a girl with Down syndrome, I love this doctor, she is very sweet and loving.

The only thing I didn't know about was your online access which I later learned when I called later that day, needs to be done at the appointment so unfortunately, I need to wait until the next appointment to sign up.

The doctor was explicit about options and the possible side effects. The only thing for me is that video chat seems good but limi the extent of doctor can actually see things on the patient's body. Information are based off the caregiver
