About me

Dr. Carianne Blomquist is a family medicine doctor who cares for people of all ages, from newborns to older adults, with a focus on providing comprehensive, community-oriented care and developing long-term relationships with her patients. She has particular interests in preventive medicine and women's health.

Blomquist earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Midwestern University's Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

Blomquist is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

A violinist, Blomquist performed with the World Doctors Orchestra in 2014. She is also a runner, with plans to run a half marathon in all 50 states. Her Labrador retriever makes her laugh every day.
