About me

Dr. Daniel Ramos cares for patients with a variety of disorders involving the soft tissues of the mouth. His expertise includes oral cancer and autoimmune conditions such as pemphigoid, pemphigus and lichen planus. He serves as co-director of the UCSF Sol Silverman Oral Medicine Clinic.

Ramos also works closely with the UCSF Department of Radiation Oncology to perform dental evaluations before patients start radiation therapy for head and neck cancers.

Ramos earned his doctor of dental surgery degree from the UCSF School of Dentistry. He later earned a doctorate in oral biology from UCSF.
