About me

Dr. Lauren Roland is a head and neck surgeon with expertise in allergies, rhinology (care of the nose and sinuses) and anterior skull base surgery (accessing the bottom part of the brain through the nose and sinuses). As an otolaryngologist, she also provides care for all other conditions of the ear, nose and throat.

Roland earned her medical degree from the Pennsylvania State College of Medicine. She completed a residency in otolaryngology at Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis. During her residency, she also earned a master's degree in clinical investigation from Washington University in St Louis, completing two years of research funded by the National Institutes of Health. She completed a fellowship in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery at Emory University School of Medicine.

Roland is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, American Rhinologic Society and American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She is a native of Santa Cruz, California.
