About me

Dr. Leon Clark Jr. is a dermatologist with particular interests in caring for people of color and for the LGBTQI+ community. He strives to understand the social, psychosocial, environmental and physical factors that contribute to a patient's skin health, and enjoys working with his patients to achieve their personal skin health goals. He is also interested in developing his expertise in inflammatory conditions and pigmentation disorders that affect skin of color, as well as conditions that disproportionately affect the queer community.

Clark earned his medical degree from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. He completed a residency in dermatology at UCSF.

Clark has been a competitive athlete since his high school and college days. He has played baseball, basketball and football, and has set a few collegiate track records.
